The Thrift Store is a subsidiary of the Vicenza Community Club, Inc. We rely on high quality donations from the Vicenza Military Community to drive the life-cycle of our operations. Donations come in, items are sold, and the revenue is then transferred to the VCC for community enrichment, partnerships, education, and other programs.
THE VCC THRIFT STORE
We are located on Caserma Ederle across the parking lot from the PX. Our hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm, and Wednesday from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, with two Saturdays a month from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm.

DONATION CENTER HOURS
Donations can be dropped off in our external sheds 24/7, provided there is available space in the sheds located behind the thrift store. For large items such as furniture, TVs, and bikes, please donate during store hours. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us or send a message on Facebook.
VOLUNTEERING
Our thrift store offers affordable clothing, kitchen appliances, books, toys, electronics, and more to our community. It serves as a welcoming meeting place for both Americans and Italians, fostering connections and friendship. All proceeds from the store support local initiatives through grants, stipends, social events, and assistance to organizations around the base.
Volunteering here is more than just giving back — it’s an opportunity to serve, connect, and build lasting friendships. While we work hard and stay busy, we also enjoy planning fun events, celebrating personal achievements, and creating a positive, supportive environment for everyone. DONATIONS
All items being dropped off for donation should be in good condition, meaning: clean, free of pet hair, in working order, and not missing parts. Please wash all clothing and wipe down plastic surfaces and toys. We reserve the right to refuse items we cannot sell or larger items for which we don’t have space. We cannot accept used car seats. Other Consumer Product Safety Commission guidelines are also used to determine unsafe or recalled items that we are prohibited from accepting.

MISSION
We will offer a high-quality resale experience to benefit the Vicenza Military Community. In partnership with the community, we will build relationships with other private organizations and military-supportive groups. We will be fiscally mindful of the resources made from the community's generous donations and will strive to monetarily and socially support this place we call home.
