1ST VICE PRESIDENT
(THRIFT STORE)
Chair the Thrift Store Advisory Committee.
Report monthly to the General Board, providing monthly financial statements and an update regarding any changes taking place at the Thrift Store.
Oversee the Thrift Store contractor hiring process.
Work with the Treasurer to collect attendance and process payroll for Thrift Store contractors.
Sign all Thrift Store vouchers.
Report monthly Thrift Store volunteer hours to the General Board, and ensure all Thrift Store volunteers are registered in VMIS.
Ensure the Thrift Store operates per the Thrift Store SOP and all applicable Federal, State, and DoD regulations.
